There is no simplest definition of Buddhism and views differ from one to another. This means no one exactly can say Buddhism means this and should be like this. However, we can say that when study Buddhism it is all study about the study of you, Understanding the nature of the body, speech, and mind. Therefore, Buddhism mainly shows the importance of the nature of your mind and how it works every day. Rather than focusing on what is Buddha and what is the nature of the god, it explains the importance of understanding the nature of your mind. One interesting about Buddhism is that it is very simple and practical that logically describes how satisfaction can be achieved from the mind rather than expecting from some kind of supernatural you believe.

Buddha Dharma explains when a person wants peace, happiness, and joy, a person needs to understand that the happiness, peace, and joy you searching actually comes from you and until you don’t find it inside you, your real happiness and peace will never find out nor u can find from outside or external agents.
